- Candidates having M.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic), or Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (D.N.E.A) degree from a recognized institution (approved by the Indian Nursing Council or Bihar’s Health Department).
- Two years of work experience in the nursing field, with supporting certificates.
- Registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna.”
